Mingles Bar and Restaurant

I came here on Friday 6 May 2022 for Lawal Macauley's "Grill and Grind" event. Mingles has a wonderful atmosphere and I was impressed by the decor and music, in particular. The food, especially the lamb, was exquisite and the prices are very decent. The proprietor, Roland, who was present throughout the night, is a kind and respectful gentleman. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend Mingles to anyone seeking a good time with good vibes and good food.

We had a large group of about 25 so we were in one of their private rooms. The customer service was fantastic as our server was very friendly, patient and happy to help with all our orders. The food portions are amazing! I had to take home part of my starter and main which I rarely I ever do when eating out. Finally, the price was REALLY affordable and I would definitely visit again!

WE CELEBRATED MY MUM'S 85TH BIRTHDAY IN MINGLES YESTERDAY. WE HAD AN AWESOME TIME. THERE WAS A SPECIAL NEEDS YOUNG MAN WITH US AND THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT DID WELL IN CATERING TO HIS NEEDS. EVERYONE WAS VERY SATISFIED. THANK YOU SO MUCH STAFF AND MANAGEMENT OF MINGLES BAR AND RESTAURANT. I WILL CERTAINLY DROP BY AGAIN.

Good food varieties in a splendid atmosphere with plenty of fun

I took my son there we had such a great time eating authentic Sierra Leone cuisine. My son told me I should write a shining 5 star review and I absolutely agree. My son ordered his favourite cassava leaves and I ordered the pepper soup both with rice and both cooked perfectly. So much flavour reminds me of my mums cooking. Loved it will definitely go back, highly recommend.

I thoroughly love this place. I initially booked a table for 5 at Enish next door but was unhappy we could not order from the main menu and were being asked to pay 40 each for a buffer lunch. I googled to see what else was nearby and found Mingles. We thought we'd give it a try. I was a bit worried as my friends were not familiar with African food. We ordered the jollof rice with fish and plantain, fufu and egusi with meat, gizzards and so on. Every dish was delicious and inexpensive. My friends and I loved it and the staff were very friendly. So glad I found this place and will be visiting again soon. I love it so much that I thought I'd leave a review. I am not someone who typically leaves a review. Thank you Mingles.

OMG! The food is super delicious, my favourite is the palm oil cassava leaf it reminds me of home Freetown, Sierra Leone. The food was cooked to perfection, I enjoyed it so much. A very special thank you to the chef and the entire staff at Mingles, please keep up the outstanding job.
